"1st really bad review I make. Worked in the travel industry for 35 yearsso I've travelled extensively. Attitude of the management: "You are our last cuctomers for the season, so we don't provide service. If you don't like it, LEAVE!!!!!". We had prepaid. "Royal Hotel in Cosenza is described on Expedia as being on Via Molinelli. It moved from there some time ago to the next block across. Cosenza is a myriad of one way streets so it was a stressful drive trying to get to the hotel only to find it had "moved".
