Hotel had a big water mess in the lobby.
Ceiling collapsing due to big water leaking that had been leaking for awhile.
Rooms were older and had a musty smell.

Excellent staff. Hotels.com messed up our Reserva.

Hotels.com messed up our reservation by booking a handicapped room that was not available the deck clerk honored the reservation. The only problem was there was not a roll in shower so my wife was unable to shower that night.

Worth the Money
Posted 23 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is new and has all of the amenities that most hotels do. I used the onsite gym every day of my stay. The customer service was great from the front desk specialists to the waitresses and servers who worked in the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
