We booked this hotel based on the reviews but when we got our room, it was dirty, outdated, the walls had patched all over the place showing signs it was fixed, the bed sheets had stains, the sink tap had dry and dirty toothpaste spit on it, once we saw this as well we told staff, The staff was great they helped us by moving to a different room and gave us a suit for the trouble. When we moved room, The Closet door was off and leaning against the wall. right away we got worried.. but the room and sheets were cleaner and since it was late and traveling with kids we stayed. The staff was great, very helpful but the condition of the rooms were beyond acceptable. Based on the state of the rooms i would not stay there again. You could still see the dust packed over the years in the corners of the carpet floors, ancient Caulking taps etc.. I mean it was 99 per night so we got what we paid but at least hygiene needs to be top notch!

For $200 a night in a small town, I would expect a nicer hotel. The sheets were like sand paper. The bathroom was old, mildew in shower, floors were dirty from years of not being well cleaned, the shower curtain was in shreds, the TV remote didn't work. The breakfast was horrible. Just overall disappointed for a Best Western for that kind of money.

Pictures looked good but the hotel wasn’t kept up upon arrival. Just a ok place to sleep.
