Needs updating badly. Not very clean. Dead bugs all over the bed and floor.

The complimentary soaps were empty. The bed was old and creaky. For the money I paid it was about what I expected

Rude staff, bugs in rooms, filthy bathrooms, unkempt property in general.

your complain is inappropriate we have a big sign in our front office said if you don,t like our Room or service you can get 100% money back guaranty so you should get that. and so far you are hiding dog in Room . so don,t put wrong information
