This was an amazing hotel. Very clean quiet. And the check in was easy. Staff willing to work with you any way they can. My last trip to Jonesboro I stayed in a 200 dollar a night hotel and by far this 107 dollar a night hotel is much nicer. I highly recommend Le Quinta Hotel.

Was told I could only get one key card for 2 adults! It was 2 adults and 1 kid and was only given 2 wash clothes and was given 2 bigger towels cause that was all they had! Wanted to pay to stay an extra night a day before checkout and was told they would have to charge another $150 deposit plus room fee. Staff were very rude! It was my first and last time doing LaQuinta

There were good things about this stay- but the check in was excruciatingly slow-25 min- And we were left with no toilet paper- when I went to ask for more - the night manager was in the office behind the check in desk on his phone. He wasn’t terribly friendly!

There was a staff member here on Wednesday and Thursday morning that worked at the front desk in the morning shift. I believe her name is Tamika, she was absolutely amazing. She knew who was staying in the hotel and what room you were in. She was so upbeat and welcoming.

Check in took about an hour, the very nice lady was trying her best it wasn't her fault, the system was acting up. The bathtub did not drain at all, so everyone did not shower. Breakfast was good. We have stayed here several times and I don't think we will be back.

Highly dissatisfied with this La Quinta. I have been a loyal customer, staying with La Quinta in many other cities for several years. This is by far the worst one I’ve ever experienced. My boyfriend was coming to visit family in town and I helped pay for his stay and this La Quinta refused us service just because I was the one paying even tho I was not the one staying. Why should it matter if I provide a room for anyone? Especially family and friends. They did not accommodate or work with us at all and we were left with no choice but to cancel and book somewhere else. Absolutely disappointed with this location. I will be warning everyone else to stay elsewhere in town when visiting.

They require an additional deposit of 150.00, which takes a couple of days to get back into your account- no big, just a hassle to check and , on this day, there was some confusion, so it came back in more than one transaction. The staff was pleasant. Check out was a breeze. Room and halls were clean.

This hotel went above and beyond to provide to us a room when Expedia failed to complete the booking even though they charged me!.. Thankfuly they were'nt busy / fully booked and could fix the problem.. Whats the deal Expedia?? You charge a person and dont reserve the room? Thats a problem..!
