We arrived in evening with 5 kids post cruise. Lindsey the evening person made sure we had adjoining rooms and fresh extra linens for the pull out sofas.
When I tried to use the washer it wouldn’t work and with days of swimming- cruising- car travel we had one bunch of dirty socks that just had to be addressed for the way home.
Lindsey became our Christmas miracle elf when she offered to throw the load in their washer rather than have us go out to find a laundromat on a cold dark night with super tired kids.
Instead of being stressed we spent the evening in the warm indoor pool- so THANK YOU Lindsey!!! That little act of kindness meant a lot to 7 tired travelers on Christmas week!

The overall stay was nice. The pool was nice. Great customer service, clean rooms, great breakfast.

My family and I were in rooms 217 and 219. When we checked in The trash cans in the bathroom had not been emptied. We had to call a few times to have the room cleaned which didn’t get taken care of until after 5 pm! Both day and nights we had to listen to loud walking and jumping throughout the entire night from the guests above our room in 317! Called the front desk several times about this and it continued. Breakfast on our last day wasn’t even out at 7 am! Guests had to wait till 7:30 am. I’m requesting at least a refund comp of 1 night back at least. Very unhappy and upset over this.

Staff was friendly. Some one was up at 430am slamming a door that kept us up
