I called to see if an early check in might be available, the woman who answered was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Check in when I did arrive was simple and efficient. The room was great. My only complaint was the power outlet situation at the desk. The outlet was a bit older and my computer charger kept falling out. The desk lamp didn't have plug ins...
