"Péssimo. Ao chegar ao Ibis Styles vimos que estava fechado mas não havia nenhuma sinalização. Fomos até o Ibis (que fica próximo) e o atendente (Lucas) com muita má vontade (E depois de aguardarmos bastante tempo no balcão pois segundo outros funcionários ele estava ocupado) nos informou que o Styles está fechado e os hóspedes estavam sendo acomodados no Ibis ... apos a informação ficou 15 minutos procurando a reserva e questionando se realmente a reserva estava confirmada e qual canal até que...

"Great location. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Front desk says was very helpful and went beyond expectations to help us communicate with the bus company where we lost a bag. Restaurant has a nice view from the dining room. Breakfast buffet was nice."
