Person managing is responsive but not unit

Check in staff is friendly and responsive but unit not ideal. Neighbours play loud music early in morning, wall is thin such that can hear neighbour alarm clock, although at top floor, knocking and renovation start at surrounding after 8am, road noise from truck also hearable. As unit is studio, no walls for room, blinds in unit is missing/not installed, light shone in after 8am. Lastly, the charges for unit is nearly 50% to fees and taxes whereas other units is only less than $10, this will greatly reduced your reaards nights for redemption and it takes 20 - 30 mins at least to drive to KSL Mall. Food choices is limited to the restaurant at level 5 and another by road side outside condo

Thank for your comment, we will look into this matter and inform building management start early at 8am, suppose after 10am. For the blind really apologize its broken during cleaning same day you check in so we dont have enough time to buy and replace.

No want sent us how to check in. They claim they no have my hp number yet expedia cantext me. Key need to collect a dsitance away from the entrance of apartememt. Heater not working and balcony floor paint all peeling out. Can i ask for a refund.
