The hotel is dated and room needs major renovation. The buffet breakfast selection was quite bad, and the porridge was cold. Check in and check out was prompt though.

Pleasant stay

Enjoyed the stay, room was big and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t anything to rave about though, but no major issues for me. Staff were friendly and attentive to detail.

Keadaan dan Kebersihan bilk tidak memuaskan.,bbanding pada awal pmbukaan hotel dulu. Tapi servis staff bagus, bhgian teknikal n maintaince bagus, mkanan 5bintang!

Total nightmare

Unclean, smoking allowed in the lift lobby of every floor, bad maintenance, unfriendly staff, can hear sounds from the corridor... total nightmare
