The upgrading lift access to car park and shopping mall takes more than 2 years and still in the upgrading. Left only 1 life operated in each lobby. The congestion and time wasted on waiting especially need to go to carpark in the morning. The congestion get worst when there are conferences at 7th floor in the hotel where they are sharing same access to car park lift.

The powerpoints for hair dryer and charging points are loose. Looks like they can come off anytime.
