Just next to KSL mall and Monday night market. The lifts are very small and slow and not efficient at all.

it's unfair review that because of lift giving this low mark as this is super peak season the lift serving 30+floor with every floor got 14 units so crowded lift should be expected for check in and check out timing thats why we are giving allowance time for the check out at least 30min late from the standard check out time.

No shampoo and body wash given but overall a pleasant stay with great access to Night Market on Mondays and KSL mall!

Felt relax during the stay. Only thing is the TV signal not very good. Well, it's still okay as we are not here for the TV program then shopping, eating, massage, movies etc......

Everything is almost perfect....
Good location, A very kind owner, so detail with the information and pictures on how we can check in and what facilities we have to stay here.
This is an amazing place to stay in JB if you want to have family bonding, i.e a huge room which can fit in 4 person.
Slight minus point, similar to KSL Hotel and Resort, D'Esplanade also have same issue, the water strength is just moderate.
Thumbs up for this hotel, I will definitely recommended to friends and family.

hi, thanks for visiting, actually the water pressure is very high just because the piping always broke and finally we had changed all new piping so to have at first not really dare to open full water.. Will sure be more ok for next visit :) Thanks and hope to see you again
