the area is accessible to many eateries and mall. But the room is quite old. Faulty shower, bathroom door and a bit old and rundown. Definitely needs some renovation.
Breakfast food was good and plenty of selection.

The only room I know, that you can enjoy your time in the bathtub whilst enjoying the nice high rise view outside. Love the premium suite here. And the convenience around the area.
The management needs to improve on the hotel’s customer service especially at the lobby, for checking in and out. 3 times booked a room there - but often met with cold reception. The younger ones were immature. Overheard in Malay their comments. Better keep their sarcasm to themselves. We book a hotel room to chill and relax. The hotel should really improve on their customer service.

Posted 31 Jul 2024 on HotelsIt was an excellent stay in Holiday Villa. Clean and front desk Mr Khan during check-in make us felt welcome. Like the breakfast spread also. The location was great too!
