Night staff had better things to do rather than check travelers into their booked rooms. Room was stuffy (smelt moldy), bathroom door did not close completely (was warped). Website room photos did not match reality.

We've stayed before while passing thru Des Moines, they're friendly, clean, and reasonably priced.
