I am traveling with my cat. The description of the motel on Expedia didn’t mention that pets are unwelcome.
When I arrived and I walked into the motel, there was a sign stating no pets of any kind, and if a customer is caught with a pet in the room, they will be immediately evicted, and charged $50.
As I was leaving, the owner told me to contact you, and refund any money I spent at his property. Fortunately, I did not. I ended up spending the night in my car, at a rest area.
I will NEVER use Expedia again!!! >:^(

Place was a dump. That place is a long term rental that reeked of pot. Very low rent.
Your brand should not be associated with a place like that.

This motel is trash, I was charged for my check in, and I wasn’t even at the motel yet. When I arrived I ring the doorbell for about 10 minutes nobody answer.

No clean sheets, no towels. Filthy, roaches all over everything, broken window glass. No mirror over the sink. One chair that had been hacked up.
Really bad! But cheap!

The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was wet and there was hair in the shower. Bugs everywhere. The bed linens were stained and smelled bad, it was gross. I slept in my own sleeping bag rather than use the sheets. The room smelled terrible. Even my backpack stinks now, three days later.
