We have stopped here 3 times now on our way to Great Wolf Lodge.
The pool keeps us coming back. It’s the warmest pool at any hotel we’ve ever experienced! The staff are extremely friendly too!

The property was under construction. Work started early morning right outside our door and in room beside. Drilling sawing hammering. Yelling loud on phones and to each other. They put down plastic on the floor and it was too slippery for my 84 year old mother to walk on so we were trapped in our room. The hotel says they have recommended you refund our money

Dear Sari,I'm so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We did hold off on any construction work until after 9am out of respect for sleeping guests, and we assisted you and your elderly mother down to your car as soon as you alerted us to the issue. I'm so sorry that we couldn't do more.

The room didn't have mattress covers, one of the comforters had stains that were visible. The bathroom toilet had visual stains around the base.
Not a positive experience.
