Very dissatisfied with early morning crew Sunday night/monday morning I was treated like my money wasn't good enough. Started nitpicking lil irrelevant sayings. Kitchen staff lady / housekeeper continuously stares me up and down while I'm trying to eat with attitude on her face like I'm trying to steal the food. Made me very uncomfortable will not be returning to this facility again

Absolutely filthy. The sheets were clean as far as I could tell. Hole kicked in the TV stand. Bathroom was filthy, looks like a soda can may have exploded on the door or worse! Pee!?!? Very tired property!!! Exterior balcony is filthy as well. Could use a good power wash or something. Very disappointing.

Most of the staff were polite and helpful. However the owner was peevish, grumpy and unnecessarily condescending... maybe someone quit & left him to take care of things?

It would have been nice to have a handicapped shower in our room. I do understand there were only a few and they were taken.

I had no problem checking in or during my stay. The only thing that I wasn't excited about was the fact I let them know I had woken up late and I was rushed by the housekeeper to leave.

The hallways smell like cigarette smoke mixed with Febreze to attempt to cover the smell. The carpet and walls in the halls need significant repairs. In the room, two of three lamps did not work (reported to management at checkout). The AC was marginal and the bathroom was moldy and dated. The breakfast offered had very few choices. The room itself had an unpleasant odor and the gravy (for biscuits and gravy) was watered down. The front desk staff projected an attitude that the guests were just a bother and interruption of their TV-watching activities. No welcome was given, at checkout no one was at the front desk and when they were found, they simply took the keys without any comments. Overall a terrible place to stay - do not recommend.
