"Great location, perfectly clean and pleasant apartment. It was a little cold on arrival, but just needed to wait for the heating to warm the rooms. I was a bit unsure how the virtual check in would work, so perhaps a few more details might reassure travellers about the process, as it was super easy. "The stay was excellent. Tonya (girl at reception) was extremely helpful & made our stay excellent. The instructions emailed were incorrect. The reception doesn’t open until 1400 hrs, but the instructions stated 1100 hrs. This caused our first day to be quite tiring and unenjoyable. "Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. "I had a really good check-in experience. It was a few minutes walk from the train station, to my surprise public transport is very efficient in Stockholm and you could ride to the city center in less than 10 minutes from the property. The property was clean and robust communication set up! "

The most difficult part was that we arrived on a weekend and there isn’t anyone at reception. we also arrived quite late in the day and we weren’t able to access the property to then use their landline to call them and check-in. "It was lovely to be able to check in a little earlier than usual as I had a long journey and was exhausted. ..thank you to the accommodating staff on the front desk. The room was functional ..and had a desk, which came in handy, as I had work to do. "I loved staying at the property- a great location in the middle of Östermalm but it was so quiet! I walked everywhere from the hotel including to and from the station. I really loved the theme of the hotel and especially Greta’s bistro where I had dinner one of the nights of my stay- the food was excellent and the staff exceptional! The only thing that was a little confusing was check in and I think that was down to the time I arrived- the reception area is a small space right next to a busy queue for the busy bar! But this wouldn’t be enough to detract from top marks. I’d stay here again any time!"
