Very disappointed with accommodation.
Posted 4 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe apartment looked nice and well maintained but we found that general housekeeping was sorely lacking. Things like missing bulbs in bedside lamps, toilet flushing mechanism not working, dusty cupboards, lack of towels, to name a few.
The apartment was also advertised as having 3 queen size beds, when in fact it only had double beds. No bath robes or slippers as advertised.
The final straw was the appaling condition of the bed (uncomfortable and lumpy) and bedding, in the room we were planning to use (didn't look like it had been changed since previous tenant left and was not what had been promised on the website).
We immediately packed up and left to find alternate accommodation.
If management paid more attention to the general housekeeping, this would be a gem of a place.

Posted 21 Dec 2019 on Hotels1 st day wrong temp flat .Next day moved to 3rd floor apartment . Bathroom sink fallen off wall fixings only repaired monday mid day .Tap in kitchen sink loose .fixed monday .otherwise wifi poor signal.
