Dear Grashum ,you were fully aware that you only booked for one person and yet you had a lady friend in the car and your plan was to sneak her in. We did give you the opportunity to pay the difference. You were not interested. We did not do the booking for you. You did it through Expedia. I also noticed, Expedia advertising the wrong info to the client. The room charged were extremely low. From R980 to R689.31 - I find that Expedia is making a profit of over R290.69. I cannot afford to let my rooms out at these extremely low rates. I have explained myself to Expedia before. Please inform the client the correct name of the rooms, it is not called a unit. (Please correct this Expedia as it is called a deluxe Room. ) .I took a screen shot of what he said he received from Expedia. The information that was sent to me was for one person only and not two. Mr. Grashum ,clearly knew exactly what his plans were. We charge per person not per room. Our Guest house is for paying Guest only. He was very upset and left. Please read our terms and conditions very important. kind regards Bertha.

One of the best places I ever stayed in
Posted 24 Mar 2020 on HotelsI stayed at the guest house during a short business trip. The owner was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had a nice stay. Knowing I would not be there enough time to do some tourism she even offered to show my around the local Lion and Rhyno park and we ended up having dinner at a local restaurant with another guest. It instantly felt like being among friends.
The guesthouse itself is something out of a novel. The grounds around it are huge and incredibly well maintained, better than many National Trust gardens (UK travellers will understand) The guesthouse itself is beautiful. Everything was impeccably clean, the rooms were comfortable and all you could hear at night were animal sounds, very peaceful. The bathroom had good water pressure, was spacious and had a full orner bathtub.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly.

Tuareg is a wonderful guest house within easy reach of good shops and restaurants. I use it for business travel and can vouch that the breakfasts are great, laundry is complementary and they go out of their way to assist. Highly recommended home from home.

Fantastic place, fresh English breakfast, safe and tranquil, 5 star treatment! Deluxe room has a full kitchen. Even laundry service, love it.

Very friendly. Always helpful. Do that extra bit like your washing. Clean and food is very good. A little oasis. Highly recommended.
