Posted 25 Jul 2019 on HotelsAthere was no heat andd we froze the whole time breakfast an extra charge and always cold. Neveragain! Hear costs extra so let the. Guests are freeze,Tv and wyfi. Were a problum also.

The rooms have heaters but you arrive with summer clothes No socks thin jacket no jerseys no coats no warm clothes. During our winter??? I offerred you a sunny room and you refused. I suggested you have a hot shower before going to bed??? I took Friday afternoon off work to personally to take you to have your hair cut. Saturday afternoon was my afternoon off I came and got you out of bed and took you out for lunch which you paid. Please travel with a suitcase with the correct clothing. Breakfast is only included when you stay in the Guesthouse. Self catering apartmenets guests are welcome to come into the Guesthouse for breakfast at an extra costs.

Posted 31 Aug 2015 on HotelsStayed overnight for meetings in Jo'berg. Munday was very effective base for this but only because we had a car. Not sure how you would cope with with public transport. Try for room away from reception as noisy when they prepare for breakfast. Additionally the filter on the splash pool runs all night which seems unnecessary and is noisy all night. Otherwise very good standard and great value for money. Close to Airport as well for transit.

The madam there is helpful and lovely, Itanlian temper. She is dominating, she is yelling like ( ), filling in anything loud. When she left the house, the world is quiet. EVERYDAY the same thing happens,except weekend. Madam, shouting decreasing your income by loosing customers. Yes, you can enjoy the breakfast and enjoy the night when it's not cold there, because it's quiet. If you go out early, come back late, it's recommended。

The only day I was upset with the front house staff
allowing you to sneak into our Guesthouse and into your bed a local lady. We are a respectable Godly Guesthouse
I and need to know who sleeps on our property for security and need a copy of their Passport, ID or and drivers license. Every day I spent time with you to teach you a bit of our country and tried to help you out in every Everyone needs to pay when you sleep in a hospitality establishment.

Thank you for staying with us. On arrival, I saw an elderly American lady with a 30 old Kenya man. You booked for my one-bedroom White self-catering Apartment.at R1 200,00. I offered you my 2 bedrooms self-catering apartment at R1 800,00, per night stay. At no extra charge which you liked the comfort. Please read conditions That you can cook in the self-catering apartments. Breakfast is included only if you are staying in the Guesthouse as there are no cooking facilities for guests. As mentioned above bring clothing that suits our climate. if you do not wear socks or warm clothes no heater system will be suitable for you. I even went out of my way to bring from my personal home a thick duvet.to keep you warm. I took you to the shops to purchase sock or fury shoes as you say you do not wear socks. Suggested that you purchase a T-Shirt to wear under that very thin track suite
