The Staff is extraordinary! They accommodated all our needs and requests. We loved our stay. Breakfast was delicious. Staff continued to fill the buffet so no one was left without.

Not enough towels in the room. Shower head was leaking. Lamp didn’t work. No plug for the kettle. Overall no attention to detail.

Waiting for refund.

No water when I booked in, had to book out the second night. Hotel did not make any arrangements due to water cut. I was informed it would continue the week. No water for toilets or shower. I was informed to contact hotels.com for refund. Virtual assistant not able to assist. Did not receive any feedback. Waiting for refund
