AN UNPLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE AT SUN 1 BEREA
Posted 10 Mar 2019 on HotelsThe experience at SUN 1 Berea for 3 days, was highly uncomfortable, discouraging and shocking. I had booked the three days stay for my brother and his family. The room on the first floor, had no good ventilation as the air conditioner was not functioning, TV remote also had problems and not even a small table fridge was present in the room etc.[ No intercom in the room, so for every problems or complaints, you needed to leave your room and report to the reception to formally lodge such complaints. The staffs disposition was also weird and unreasonable. I can go on and on to narrate the unpleasant experience or ordeal.
