Service and reception was good, we left early morning before official start of breakfast and the staff offered to get up early to prepare breakfast for us

Very bad service
Posted 14 Sep 2015 on HotelsThe rooms weren't made up when we arrived there 14:30. there were no towels in the rooms . the table cloths in the breakfast area were very dirty and old. the food were burnt.
The service was very very bad. there were no cups for coffee in the rooms, nor coffee, only tea. no milk at the coffee stations in any of the three rooms that we've booked.
We will unfortunately never stay there again.
