Hotel was very average, I checked in at 4pm and the room was not ready. Bedding was damp and room phone did not work to call reception, rooms are not sound proof so everything that happens in the hallway you can hear. Simple thing like hanging space for shirts and suits are not available.

It was not like I used to they made us share one towel while b4 everyone use their own towel of which is not healthy even though were couples

Relatively comfortable -

this was my first stay at this very new hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient - but it took awhile for them to find my booking. I was allocated a room on the ground floor- which overlooked the car park and the coming and goings of cars at night was annoying as it shines through the window. Other than that it was clean and basic - although NO HAIRDRYER in a hotel of this standard is a no no.

No hangers in rooms

Did not enjoy my stay at all. There were no hangers in the room. Not ideal for a business trip at all. Need to improve.

There is a staff at the restaurant whose name is Precious, she is outstanding. Property is very new and properly maintained although a little distant from downtown.
