Holiday Inn RoseBank is in a prime location. It has direct access to the mall and there are so many great places for dining and music. The staff are very attentive and professional and the hotel facilities are great. Very comfortable stay without breaking the bank

The location was safe. Hotel has a private link to the mall which is awesome.

Very basic accommodations in a fairly safe. Check-in was a challenge and had to wait well past check-in time. Staff not particularly cooperative.
