I booked a golf course facing room on Hotels.com and I was not allocated one. I had to request and move after checking in. The staff are not ready at 6h30 when breakfast starts. On 3 mornings we had to wait for breakfast as various items were not yet ready and laid out. Not acceptable for us as we were under time pressure to get going. And, for a business hotel to not be able to order a poached egg is unacceptable. I have never had that at a hotel before.
