Pleasant Place
Posted 15 Jun 2018The place is in Sandton, just an 8 minute drive to Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square Malls. It's close to the M1/N1 where you can easily drive anywhere im the city. It's in a gated and secure community. The staff were nice and helpful and the experience was pleasant.

Not the best option
Posted 6 May 2018 on HotelsWhile the staff did try to address the issues, the room was in terrible condition with holes in the roof. No fan or air con and a single oil fin heater in the corner. The TV only had SABC channels. The "restaurant" was closed and there wasn't even a private bathroom. The shared bathroom was in equally poor state and the shower was even worse. As I said the team offered to assist and even assisted in getting dinner but even with this, the stay was sub optimal.

The room has no airconditioner/heater. Bed is broken, no towels in the room. Bathroom and toilet is not inside the room. You have to share toilet and bathroom with other guests. No DSTV. No bathing soap, lotion, shower gels ect in the bathroom. Room was very small.No proper gadern outside to sit and relax. The place is far away from Sandton City, it is not in the heart of Sandton. Wifi is not properly functioning. Breakfast is not included you have to pay extra money for breakfast seperately.

Posted 3 Mar 2018 on HotelsThe people were very polite and helpful,however the place smelt dusty and old. The beds were terrible, the doors were broken. There was no toilet paper.

We never stay as we had no idea that we was sharing toilet and shower, I did contact yourl but got no response very bad service, I did enquire about my reverting my payment never got any feed back, we was very disappointed due to we have to look for accommodation so late in the evening

A Great Value for a Short Stay
Posted 28 Nov 2017 on HotelsFor the price, it was a great value. The rooms are named "love", "Harmony" et cetera. I discovered that I had booked the "Love" room after I arrived (It clicked that these terms in the booking actually referred to individual room names.).
I thought it was unusual that the bed was positioned in a corner.
I was quite pleased that when I checked out, they promptly called me to informed that i left items in the room.
