No breakfast & staff available - service was very bad

Good day,
Breakfast times for weekend is on the paper in your room and breakfast is served every day and on weekends the times are later.
There is 24/7 someone on the premisis , just not in the reception over weekends. The contact number for that person is on the paper in the room.
