Fraud

Upon our arrival we were notified that the hotel was closed . WHY was the booking made and my money taken if the hotel was closed since last year . I will definitely open a fraud case at the police if my money is not paid back. This is a disgrace .

Everything was amazing the only problem we had was on checkout we were asked to pay for our stay at the property even though we had already prepaid when booked
