Do not book at this place, horrible service

We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. We spoke to the 2 girls working there, which was very unproffesional eating chips and handling our phones without any sanitation etc, we showed them proof of payment, confirmation emails, and we showed the payments that went through our bank accounts on our banking apps. Still they do not want to give us keys, and we had to get ready for the wedding which was about to start. Then even after the manager phoned and we explained they still did not want to let us in. Eventually we got the keys to get dressed, we were in a hurry to leave when the manager arrived there, and then they did not want us to go out because they say payment was not received even after we prooved it all. After some words we were eventually let out and almost did not make the wedding in time. It was as if they did not know they are on Hotels.com and that obviously the payments goes through them. So I would NOT recommend this place at all!!!!!

Hotels.com not allowed to book for property

Double Payment
Posted 2 Jun 2020 on HotelsI'm not going to lie and say that I'm happy, up on my arrival at this lodge they told me that i must pay them again and my debit card already paid for my accommodation online, so if you book here you're looking for a double payment. Be prepared
