Location excellent, close to shopping and dining. Staff in the breakfast room were fantastic!!! No turndown service as advertised. Only done once gratuity money was left in the room ( bribe) !my husband and I were Appalled!

With beautiful attentive staff, great facilities and an incomparably good location, this is the ONLY hotel in Jo’burg for my wife and I.

Great property ... Staff could do a lot better understanding the profile of their clients. I felt treated as a mass market client.
