Terrible Service, Waiting on refund
Posted 13 Oct 2023 on HotelsTerrible service from staff, and place was not clean, there was a bathroom leak and alcohol bottle top when we checked-in our room. I didn't even spend 15mins inside the "Hotel" and immediately requested to check-out. Still waiting on refund since Friday 06/10/2023 and the staff has been giving me a run around for my refund.
