Disgusting place

They lost our booking refused to pay us back the money and said they had changed systems it is absolutely disgusting if I don't get refunded I will sue for fraud

The Guests did not come to our place. We spoke on the phone and I advised them that I did not get payment from Hotels.com and did not get communication since the booking was made in October. This is a misunderstanding between Hotels.com and At The Rocks Lodge. We have spoken to Hotels.com and they will address this matter with their client. The rating is misplaced as the clients never stayed with us.

Towels in the rooms please!

The place is good but the location need to be updated as it takes you to the wrong address. I drove past the area and had to be re-routed as I was completely lost. The room was nice and comfortable but was not offered any towel - not sure if it was a mistake or norm.

Hi Themba We are aware of the google location mistake and are trying to resolve it with them. At the moment we are sending direct location to our clients to avoid this. Iam sure there was a mistake on your room as we supply towels for all our rooms. Sincere apologies for this mistake.
