The unit was very nice and fully equiped with everything that you may need. The only downfall and a very minor one is that they don't provide shampoo.

The 801 apartment was designed very nicely and had great furniture too. It has a nice balcony with a great view and a nice lounge/kitchen space as well. I unfortunately could not sleep during my 3 day stay in 801 as the curtains in the room did not block out light completely. Also with a nespresso machine no coffee pods were provided which was a first in my experience of staying in various hotels and apartments. The self check in sounded appealing at first but lost us a bit of time during check out as I was given the wrong instructions and someone had to be sent to pick up the keys from me.

Posted 17 Mar 2021 on HotelsThe place was great however, there was a lack of basic necessities for an apartment of this stature. I was a bit disappointed that we only received one set of towels for a three day stay. The flat lacked air-conditioning which is vital and a necessity considering it is a high end apartment. Communication was poor when we tried getting hold of the property agents, we could not deliver the keys as per the instructions given to us and that was a huge one hour delay which is not acceptable, we could've missed our flight had we been flying. All in all a lovely place but just some finer details to make the stay more comfortable.
