Terrible experience for me and my kids
Posted 30 Jun 2024 on HotelsRoom and bathroom was dirty with hair stuck on towels and all over the sink, no water was provided in room. It was a 4 sleeper but only 2 mugs and glasses provided. Lights worked randomly. Room service was non-existent, i called room service from my room to be told they dont do room service i have to come collect my food and drinks myself and take it back to the room. No variety on desserts and food. Very limited and options that was available, they didnt actually have. The guy at the restaurant was meant to call me back after checking with kitchen and forgot. When i called him back he says oh I forgot to call you!! We wanted to move rooms and receptionist just looks at us and sighs to our face showing she wasnt in the mood to assist and says theres no rooms available for us yet the hotel had so few guests. In the rooms we woke up to hearing people screaming and fights from another room. Experience was horrible and i would not recommend this hotel. I travel often and this was my worst experience from all places i have been before.

Safety concern
Posted 1 Apr 2024 on HotelsSecurity outside the hotel is a concern, and my room’s deadbolt/internal lock was broken. I asked for it to be fixed but it was left broken.
No wash cloths, no hair shampoo/conditioner, slow check in (system was down), and charged for an extra day because my flights were delayed and it was too late to change the reservation. Regardless, they gave my room away and it was not ready for me upon my arrival.
Breakfast was good though. Bed is comfortable.
