Staff is really nice! Amazing property. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Great food, clean rooms, delicious food ☺️

We had celebrated our parent anniversary, the arrangement was fantastic. Staff was super friendly especially Dev, with different able senior citizens they had taken well care.

Hotel is nice. Mattress needs replacement. Area around the hotel is bit dirty. Restaurant is great with great service.

slept in too cold room. AC control did not work properly. Had to ask for heater which they provided promptly. Too expensive for the room size/Type and location. Most important- Elevator door closes too fast and abruptly. Unsafe. Management must look in to it.

Property was not very appealing and always had to towels and toiletries. Also food was not that good. Not many options. Staff very slow to complete requests.

The AC thermostat was not working and because of which the room got pretty cold at night and got me sick. The property manager is aware of this issue and they did try their best to elevate our experience by upgrading us however the same AC issue was persistent there as well. The HVAC system needs maintenance
