The good:
Staff is very friendly, place is really nice and food and service are excellent.
The bad:
Shower was not clean. Had hairs from previous stay. (Complained and they took care of it)
No hot water, complained and they moved me to another room which had the same problem. Complained again and hot water came out. Last day back to the cold water. 4 showed total (3 cold and 1 with hot water )
This place has a lot of potential and maybe it was amazing before but with this issue I would not stay again. Sad because staff is really nice and food is amazing

Fantastic environment, great food, but not that many options because some vegetables or meats available. Chef Arturo came out to offer some other great delicious options, my wife and me were amazed that he personally went to ask and offer options. He cooks fantastic, we asked for him to congratulate him twice, the room was fantastic and clean all the time. Spa people were honest and professional, massage really relaxing and good.

Excelente property in particularly the pool and grounds area. The room view was great however, AC and carpet were not good.
Service at restaurant was excellent not so much at the reception desk.

El jardín y la alberca están hermosas, muy bien cuidados. El servicio en restaurante está lenta y no tan atento. La limpieza de las habitaciones necesita más atención, y la falta de agua caliente fue decepcionante y sorprendente por el precio que pagamos. En resumen, nuestra estancia estuvo bien pero no excelente.
