Sr José, agradecemos pela sua pontuação, mas para termos uma ação assertiva a respeito do que não lhe agradou na sua ótica, é interessante o Sr pontualmente informar a situação uma vez que o Sr nos avaliou com 6, um hotel de luxo a Beira Mar do Cabo Branco na linda Cidade de João Pessoa. E o Sr ficou em uma UH frente mar.

Posted 30 Jun 2024 on HotelsA localização é boa e os funcionários muito prestativos. Porém o café da manhã é fraco. Mas o pior é que a piscina estava fechada . A gente não teria ficado lá se soubermos. É obrigação do hotel informar isso no sei site. Falta de consideração. Não ficaríamos novamente

Sr (a) Michael, agradecemos pelo seu feedback, infelizmente a piscina foi interditada devido a ações de fortes ventos, que quebraram os vidros do guarda corpo, e comprometeu a estrutura de alvenaria, e por este motivo tivemos que bloquear o uso, para própria segurança dos hospedes, se fosse somente os vidros teríamos liberado com 24 hs, mas não tivemos como corrigir os danos de imediato.

Great location
Posted 4 Feb 2021 on HotelsThis is a convenent and confortable hotel, next to the beach. Beatiful accomodations, however the swimpool needs a heavy cleaning, scrub the tiles at least every other month to remove mud from side walls.

Thank you for your review. Our pool is cleaned daily, unfortunately the use of sunscreens and suntan lotions stains part of the pool, even with the warning to forbid using such items.
We hope that the other services have made you happy.

The hotel location is half block of a busy beach, staff have poor customer service knowledge and lack of interest on assist the passenger, housekeeping never showed up in two days, amenities are available upon request, including a hairdryer.
