Pros: - Very nice breakfast. - Good location. - Parking. - Well sized rooms. Cons: - Some of the cleaning staff is rude and doesn't clean well. - The hotel allows policemen to join the breakfast buffet while carrying fire guns and large rifles. My son was very scared about it. If the hotel wants to give them food, why not allocate a special place to let then be served? - Water in the pool is very cold. - Air conditioner is very week and windows don't close properly. Would I stay there again given price and other options in João Pessoa? No.

O hotel é excelente, café da manhã perfeito, estacionamento com manobrista, tudo no quarto funcionava perfeitamente. Porém a internet estava muito ruim, melhor, não tinha internet no quarto. O banheiro também faltava suporte de sabonete e ganchos para roupas, mas isso não prejudicou em nada a experiência.

A localização do hotel é ótima, o atendimento bom, é a limpeza satisfatória, o café da manhã no dia que tomamos não apareceu todas as opções que eu via em fotos, o acústico do hotel é péssimo, escutava as conversar e batidas de portas o tempo todo, foi bem difícil conseguir dormir, o ar condicionado da academia não estava funcionando então não conseguimos treinar os dias que ficamos hospedados pois o calor estava insuportável, reclamei com a recepcionista mais não foi resolvido, o ar condicionado do quarto também não era bom, no primeiro dia passamos muito calor pois o tempo estava bem quente e o ar não refrescava o suficiente, a piscina é espaçosa porém depois das 16:00 e impossível se manter nela, fica muito gelada por que não pega sol por conta da sombra dos prédios que ficam ao lado, resumindo não voltaria a me hospedar pois creio que exista hotéis melhores, inclusive na orla.

Decepçao na estadia!!!
Tivemos problemas com as toalhas pois estavam bastante usadas e poidas necessitando troca IMEDIATA. O lençol do quarto rasgado demonstrando falta de zelo com os hospedes. Tenho me hospedado no Village ha bastante tempo mas o declinio fica evidente merecendo um trabalho efetivo da administracao. O pessoal se esforça mas as condiçoes estao se deteriorando!!!
