Location was great. Hotel and Room were clean. Breakfast was good. The biggest drawback was no one speaks English, hard to communicate. Price wise, it was good deal to stay in clean hotel.

Foi tudo ok com nossa hospedagem, chegamos de madrugada e como na maioria dos hoteis o check in e frio sem muita receptividade nesse horário . Estávamos cansados pelo atraso do voo e ainda tive que comprovar o pagamento da reserva sendo que a mesma foi feita a meses de antecedência eu ja havia entrado em contato com o hotel disseram que estava ok O decorrer da hospedagem tudo ok hotel limpo e bem localizado. O pessoal do cafe da manha esta de parabéns muito educados e receptivos. As camareiras foram incríveis chegávamos dos passeios encontrávamos os quartos super limpos. No geral hotel e otimo.

Localização hotel muito boa , poucos passos da Praia de Manaíra . Infelizmente havia uma obra em frente , muito barulho . O carro pipa na manhã bem cedinho (6h - 6:30 hs) ia abastecer o hotel , muito barulho mas, não faltou agua . Receptividade sem muitos elogios, atendimento institucional. Piscina e serviço de bar na piscina bom. Café da manhã , o local é pequeno para a a quantidade de hospedes . Ficamos "embolados" , topando uns com os outros . Sugiro uma melhor disposição da mesa de buffet e penso que ficará bom para todos . POis nas reposições muitos fuincionários ficam com as bandejas horas nas mãos pois o fluxo de hospedes é grande e querem observar as delicias oferecidas nas bancadas. O chef e alguns garçons muito gentis , gostgam de nos agradar , atentos a mesa e aos pedidos de preparo. Almoço . muito demorado para sevir - aguardamos por 1 h para uma salada e uma Tapioca . Detalhe que eram 2 mesas no restaurante ocupadas , APENAS . No room service, uma gentileza dos garçons noturnos mas, o queijo quente parecia uma barrinha de queijo que não derreteu e estava com as fatias dos pães queimados . O cafe com leite muito bom , quentinho . A limpeza do quarto precisa de uma melhora .

Nao gostei! Tive que dormir por 8 diárias xom minha esposa e filha na mesma cama de casal. Hotel não me ajudou a mudar de quarto e a nem acrescentar um sofá cama para minha filha. Péssimo.
