"The people who work here are nice (but don't speak English) but the property is not up to reasonable western tourist standards. Some rooms reek of smoke (we were next to a 4-bunk bed room with Chinese men chain smoking), there is no sound mitigation to the doors so you hear every elevator chime and loud voice outside the room, the bathrooms are pretty gross, the mattresses are old-school hard where you feel every spring, and I've never seen so many bugs inside a hotel room before.
