We were three girls and got a room with only one double bed. One of us had to sleep on the floor. This is not acceptable for a hotel.

Nice room, fix some stuff
Posted 29 Apr 2019 on HotelsOverall I enjoyed my stay. The big letdown was the jacuzzi suite did not have a functioning jacuzzi. The button to activate the whirlpool did not work and was missing. When we asked the hotel staff about it they just verified that the button was in fact missing. There is no opportunity to exchange the room nor any offer of compensation. That was the end of the conversation on that.
The room could use additional hooks in bars to hang towels. I found it incredibly annoying there wasn't a dry place to hang the towel.
The two computers in the room where a joke. Not only are they locked out. They are running a very dated Windows XP. They should be removed completely and just let people bring in laptops. I'm not sure what they are used for that still runs XP.
I'm willing to give this hotel another chance hopefully my room will be better.

Great location, large clean room
Posted 9 Oct 2017 on HotelsIt is extremely close to downtown. It is in a very explorable area with lots of places at night or day time. A great way to see the area and enjoy a comfy clean place. Can be a bit loud but just close the window and it will block out the sounds

Nice place in a good location
Posted 12 Oct 2016It's a love motel, but the room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance to the castle and the lantern festival, which was the reason for our visit.
The room also has a big TV, a computer and free mineral water.
The staff is nice and friendly but not much English is spoken.
