Pros- convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable
Cons- 1 socket per room is not sufficient, air con not working, seems that hot water runs out at peak times

This is my second time staying at the hotel and my only reason for staying is because they have a nice gym downstairs. But due to covid, they closed the gym
To begin with, i had a reservation that was cheaper than the hotels price but they still charged me full price. They were able to refund me and charge me the online price
The room was bad. The hotel uses central ac/heat, which is very rare for a hotel in Korea. My room was very hot so it was miserable sleeping there. They gave me a small fan but it didn’t offer much except for blowing warm air. You’re wondering why i didn’t open the window? I did! But the hotel is next to the water and if you open the window, mosquitos will engulf your room. That wasn’t the worse part
The room was very nasty! On several occasions i found both male and female hair in the bed, in the couch, in the bathroom, in the sink and on my pillow. Unacceptable!! There were also toenail clippings all over the floor. The mirrors were all smudged and not clear/cleaned properly.
Besides that, the hotel is in a good location, when the gym is opens it’s very nice and there’s a restaurant on the 9th floor. Overall, i wouldn’t recommend this property

River view and recent remodeling make it best choice, sauna is great.
