Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Al Nisaa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything is kept nice and clean. The breakfast is great. We felt safe and well cared for.

A huge disappointment

The hotel promised amenities that were not available. We booked a room that would sleep four people, based on the hotel website's description, but when we arrived, we learned that they only have rooms that sleep a maximum of three people. We were charged for a second room even though the room that we had booked and paid for on our reservation clearly said we had a room that sleeps four people. The reception staff was not helpful or friendly at all. This place was a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend it at all.

Super friendly and helpful staff. 100% alcohol free property. Noisy front rooms (vehicle and pedestrian traffic).
