Pros: dirt cheap, you get what you pay for I guess.
Cons: cleanliness!
Location: Nothing to do here other than work & sleep, no nightlife here also.
It's like you're one with nature, there is the daily cockroach & mosquito sightings inside the room. Only thing nice is that it is very near (walking distance) District 3 of the market.
