Dirty rooms, girls at the lobby weren’t helpful and the room service is bad

Sorry about we can not give you a satisfied room and service, sir. If you don't like that room, you can tell reception to change in the daytime, If your room is dirty, we can change for you. Nothing. I think they charged me for a room that was lower rank than the one I reserved. Also, because I am allergic to cigarettes and don’t smoke, I was put in a smoking room. Not good for my health and I couldn’t sleep due to the noise
