The service is great, we were celebrating our Anniversary during our stay and they made it very memorable with a surprise waiting for us in our room. A very memorable stay and a place I would recommend to our friends and to anyone looking to relax whilst in Xishuangbanna. "

"It seems that the hotel is poorly managed. We arrived in the evening and ordered an in-room dining. We were promised the food in 30 minutes, but instead it took more than an hour to get it. "I stayed here twice. This was the only hotel I found in China that actually spoke no English. Most of the staff was nice but one bad apple made things very unpleasant--when checking in, the receptionist first ignored us for 5 minutes while letting others go first, then (very deliberately) tried to charge 70 yuan extra, and then took about 15 minutes to run the credit card correctly.
