Not able to accommodate an unexpected change of plans which was understandable, however, the hosts then became very rude and was persistently rude the following morning when it was my husband's birthday. This was not the start to the day I hoped for.

booked a room for 2 and then arrived with 4 guests our insurance doesnt cover overcrowding yet they still sneaked in the extra guests late at night next time this happens we wont let anyone stay

It is a warm place to relax after a day on the snow. We liked the common areas with the fireplace and the billiard and the views from the upstairs terrace.
Our room was good and the beds very comfy. That's all what you need after a long day on the mountains.

Very disappointed
Posted 2 Jul 2021 on HotelsCouldn’t come because of lockdown. No refund offered - not even partial refund. Perisher and Airbnb gave us full refunds but not these guys. They offered me one night stay in 84 days time which is of no use to me...very disappointed considering it is $368 for one night. 6*prices !

you booked a non refundable booking that was also non transferrable we did however offer to move back to the same day during next school holidays

Friendly staff, very good breakfast. Clean. Property overall is a bit tired and run down. You have to wait a very long time for hot water in the shower.

if you are first to use the shower takes a while for the hot water to arrive but there is plenty of it 4 x 300l tanks run down is harsh
