Large yellowish marking on the bedsheet which could have been a pee stain. Did not smell so maybe an old one. When I noticed it before going to bed and called the reception, all they could offer was to replace it the next morning. Had to sleep on the duvet. Uncomfortable stay and I hope it won’t happen again to others.

The stains are not pee stains or any stains This is a stain that occurs when the sheet has been washed repeatedly due to the use of detergent. The apartment is gorgeous. I stayed at both the main hotel and this apartment at the resort and have to say that I prefer this one. The staff is also amazing!

Everything excellent!!!! The whole complex and view amazing. So many food options at restaurant The rock bar was a great place to watch the sunset with cocktail

Terrible communication with management. Started off with miscommunication between shuttle service and management - ended up waiting at airport over an hour, and driver had been there over 2 hours since he was not informed we came in on domestic flight. Difficult to get services needed throughout stay, but individual staff went above and beyond to accommodate us,while other times, never got a response or resolution. Expedia is to blame for much of the communication issue - it would have been easier to have direct contact with property management than go through the Expedia platform. Never had this issue with the other web services.

The unit is large. Negative thing was that there is no swimming pool on site. You will need to take the buggy to another building which was very inconvenient. The managment also gave us only one key card (there were 3 of us) for this 3 bedroom unit. we asked for the additional one but only to be told there were only 2 cards and the service people need one to come in for cleaning and etc. My daughter was coming in and out at different times and it was very very inconvenient to be there to open the door for her.

Buggy Shuttle , we provided buggy shuttle for our guest for go to Ayana Resort / Ayana Rimba / Ayana Residences so our guest no need to walk if want to go there. 3. Good services nice property needed beter communication. My flight was delayed there was a small hiccup at registration but it was corrected.

The bathroom drainage not very well, balcony has good views and staff are kindliness.
